You are aware �ha� the land <br />imrnediately to �he east 5s zor�ed 6-2 �between P4innesota 5treet,. <br />Rice Street, and lJoadbr�dge Street}. ��Joodbr�dge Street, af cQUrse, <br />serves the office area to the north (a7ong Rice Street) and the <br />apartment area to t�e northwest. It would appear that the proposed <br />rezoning and lot distribution pattern would be appropria�e in view <br />af tl�e contiguous zon�ng and relationship to the sinale family <br />area to the south of Minnesota Street. <br />
