Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />6:20 p.m. <br /> <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br /> <br />C-1 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Minutes <br />March 22, 1999 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke <br />and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />D-1 <br /> <br />D-2 <br /> <br />D-3 <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that items D-1 through D-4 be approved. <br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Roll Consent <br />Agenda <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the Parks and Recreation Department be <br />authorized to submit a grant application to the Minnesota Department of <br />Natural Resources for the Native Wildflower Restoration project at the Harriet <br />Alexander Nature Center and to send a letter of appreciation and commendation <br />to Mr. Paul Partridge for his generous contributions and personal efforts at the <br />Nature Center. Mr. Paul Partridge will furnish matching funds of $7,021 with <br />some in-kind labor support from the City. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, <br />Mastel, Goedeke and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that a public hearing be established for the <br />regular City Council meeting of Monday, April 26, 1999 to consider the Lake <br />Owasso Safe Boating Association's request for approval of placement of a water <br />ski course and water ski jump on Lake Owasso. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, <br />Mastel, Goedeke and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the Off-Sale Liquor License expmng <br />12/31/99, for Roseville Liquor, Inc. dba Roseville Liquor at 700 County Road B <br />West, be approved.
