<br />Youth Hockey Association, $50,000 from Midway Speedskating Club and $10,000 Donations
<br />from the Roseville Figure Skating Club, for the Skating Center Expansion project,

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance 1221, an interim ordinance
<br />extending and amending Ordinance No. 1220, temporarily prohibiting
<br />development for certain parcels within "S-C" Zoning District, be adopted. Roll

<br />include Item P. Impact on adjoining land values, be adopted and directing staff
<br />to work with the city attorney to complete the study within nine months or less.

<br />J-2 Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that George Wintz request for a George Wintz
<br />recombination (minor subdivision) to attach a 35 foot wide by 703.76 deep or Triangle
<br />24,642 sJ. parcel to the existing 211,476.02 sJ. vacant parcel north of 2507 Walnut Warehouse
<br />Street North, be approved, subject to the following four conditions: 1) the parcel (PF3049)
<br />be accessed only from the east by rail spur, 2) any costs incurred with the spur
<br />access, including new rail over Walnut Street, be paid for by the applicant, 3) the
<br />truck bays continue to be on the west side of the building, and 4) the owner grant
<br />an easement for future transit/pathway use on the northwest segment of the
<br />parcel, as needed. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and Wall.

<br />J-3 Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Midas Muffler request for a minor Midas Muffler
<br />amendment to the 1989 Conditional Use Permit to allow renovation and the use (PF 3102)
<br />of dark purple color for trim, red banding and awning with gray background, and
<br />white and yellow replacement signage on the Midas building and pylon located at
<br />2168 Snelling Avenue North, with the signage to remain the same size or smaller,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and Wall. Nays:
