We have met with the applicant on several occasions reviewing <br />s�te plan revis7ons. ExtEnsive 7andscapre plans ha�e beerr pr��ared <br />which exceeds t�e 3� �^equirement of iandscape areas within ti�e <br />parking per�phery as required in the B-1S District. The site � <br />pian is a simple ane providing access and �arking facil�t�es araund <br />the building in an efficien� and readily understood pattern. Large <br />scale copies of the bui]ding eievations and plans w�11 be available <br />ai the mee�irig for your revieur. As we unders�and it, Denny`s proposes <br />to construct on a�prQximate7y six s3tes in the M�tropolitan Area <br />with�n tf�e immediate future.
