As you requested, we have revi�wed the propased char�ges in the <br />szte develd�a�t plat� f�r the Mailand/Johnson projec't as it <br />relates t,o �he prevzously approved pxoject and permit� approved <br />thereto. <br />2. F�ramina�on of the cruca.al factors inclicates th� stanclaras (if <br />changed) axe higher in the revzs�d proposal than the origina�.ly <br />approved pxaject. A brief resinre o� �ese standards is as fallaw�: <br />a. The lot area per dwellixag Lmit has increas�d 232 feet per <br />dwelling unit. <br />b. The density has de�reased f�osn 32.53 bui�cl�ngs units p�x acre <br />to 27.7. GrouncY coverage reduced by 2.1� to Z3.lo of the sit�. <br />The gxoss b1zi.Lding axe.a is reduced. f�om 125,Q00 to 1Q4,U00. <br />The floor area rat.io has decreased (ratio of �loor area to land <br />area).
