The first is the result of Burke Raymond's resignation from the Fluman Rights Corrnniss�on. ihe second is a vaca�t position on the Alanning Commission created by the appo�ntment of A] Grauel to the counci7. Previously the Cauncil has estab7ished by a motion the deadline for receiving app1ications and also the date for making appointments and reappointments. If the Council elects to cor�tinue this practice, the foi]owing motion and suggested dates would be in order. Motion establishir�g February 13, 1976 as the deadline for receiv�ng ap�lications for the Planning Commission, Police Civil Service Commission, Human Rights Comnission, and �he Parks and Recreation Cor�nittee and a7so establishing February 23, 7976 a5 the date for making appaintments and reappointments.
