Organizational Business <br /> <br />E-1 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that the proposal for consulting Consulting Services <br />services with The Brimeyer Group, Incorporated, for a cost not to Brimeyer Group, Inc. <br />exceed $4,000 from the FY 2000 Budget, be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F. Reports And Recommendations <br /> <br />F-1 <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />G-1 <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Mayor and City <br />Manager be authorized to approve the updated bid results shown on <br />the attached sheet and specifically to accept: the low qualified bid <br />for the Electrical Section of Muska Electric of $81,475 including <br />the alternate for removal of the electric service at the current Acorn <br />Park building; and to reject the bids for the Carpentry Supply <br />Section because the bids do not comply with the advertised <br />requirements and to accept the written quotes for each of the three <br />projects for the Carpentry Supply Section for the Acorn building <br />from Simonson Lumber in the amount of $17,158, for the <br />Evergreen buildings from Simonson Lumber in the amount of <br />$21,402 and for the JC Shelter from Simonson Lumber in the <br />amount of $21,083; the low qualified quotes for the bi-fold doors <br />for the Acorn building from Schweiss Bi-Fold Doors in the amount <br />of $20,454, for the Evergreen buildings from Schweiss Bi-Fold <br />Doors in the amount of $20,454, and for the JC Shelter from <br />Schweiss Bi-Fold Doors in the amount of $8,127; the Commercial <br />Environments for rubber matting in the amount of $21,000 for <br />Acorn and Evergreen; the Diversified Coating, Incorporated for <br />floor sealing in the amount of $7,311; the St. Cloud Restaurant <br />Supply in the amount of $23,505 for building cabinetry; the <br />demolition of the Acorn Park building in the amount of $5,050; <br />and for the new contingency amount of $96,520; with the moneys <br />for this project to be taken from the Recreation Facilities Fund Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel and Wall. Nays: Wiski. <br /> <br />Recognitions & Announcements <br /> <br />Mastel recognized Ann Driscoll, Jackie Linell and Coach Tom <br />Cushman of the Midway Speedskating Club. Recently, Driscoll <br />finished 2nd and Linell finished 6th at the National All-Around <br />Championships. Mastel also recognized hockey players Winny <br />Brodt, named to the World Team and Rhonda Curtin who will <br /> <br />Parks and Recreation <br />Acorn & Evergreen Park <br />JC Shelter <br /> <br />Recognitions <br /> <br />Roseville Athletes <br />
