<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, to ratify the vote of the
<br />members of the Roseville Fire Department to dissolve the
<br />Constitution and By Laws of the Roseville V olunteer Fire
<br />Department. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Wall moved, Goedeke seconded, that the 1999-2000 Teamsters
<br />contract settlement be approved and to authorize the City Manager
<br />to execute a contract incorporating the settlement terms, subject to
<br />City Attorney approval. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka,
<br />Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the City Manager be
<br />authorized to sign a special agreement with the IUOE, Local 49,
<br />modifying the City's contribution to the flexible benefits plan for
<br />the year 2000. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski,
<br />Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9722,
<br />increasing the salary ranges for the Exempt Plan by 3 % and
<br />increasing the City contribution to the flexible benefit plan to $340
<br />per month (family) and $200 (single), be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.
