(formerly F-3) Wall moved, Maschka seconded, that the low qualified bid by Anderson Irrigation in the amount of $28,900 for irrigation of the Central Park Arboretum be accepted, and that an additional $25,000 be authorized for the required electrical and mechanical work with the cost to be taken from the Recreation Fund. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. (formerly F-5) Wiski moved, Wall seconded, that the consultant contract with the Greater Minneapolis Metropolitan Housing Corporation for 2000, be approved, subject to final approval by the City Manager. Funds, in the amount not to exceed $37,000 for the Housing Resource Center Housing Loans and $5,000 for the First Time Homebuyer Program, will come from the Housing Fund budget in 2000. (formerly F-6) Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that the bid for waste removal from City of Roseville public facilities for the period January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2002, be awarded to BFI Waste Systems in the bid amount of $22,854 and $8 per cubic yard of waste removal in excess of the amount described in the specifications, be approved.
