<br />F-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the City Manager be Acorn & Evergreen Park
<br />authorized to sign contracts as outlined on the attached bid JC Shelter
<br />summary, including: the rejection of the masonry bids, the
<br />acceptance of the concrete alternate, the rejection of the kitchen
<br />equipment bid, the rejection of the flooring bid, and to authorize the
<br />re-bid of the electrical section, with the moneys for this project to
<br />be taken from the Recreation Facilities Fund. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, and Mastel. Nays: Wiski and Wall.

<br />F-2 Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9724, approving Resolution 9724
<br />the approved 2000 Annual Budget in the amount of $34,009,249, 2000 Budget
<br />for the City of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9725, submitting
<br />the approved property tax levy on real estate to the Ramsey County
<br />Auditor for the Fiscal Year of 2000, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9726, directing
<br />the County Auditor to adjust the approved tax levy for bonded debt,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wall moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance 1234, amending
<br />Title X, Chapter 1002, 1006, 1008, and 1013 of the Roseville City
<br />Code concerning definitions, shopping center districts, conditional
<br />use permits and planned unit developments, as amended by the City
<br />Council, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and
<br />Wall. Nays: Maschka.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that staff be directed to propose
<br />additional amendments to the City Code that would extend, as
<br />appropriate, the amendments previously considered or adopted for
<br />the Shopping Center District, as a result of the DaWgren, Shardlow
<br />and Uban Study, to uses in other zoning districts. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.
