Hearings <br /> <br />H-l <br /> <br />H-2 <br /> <br />H-3 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9710, directing <br />the County Auditor to levy unpaid water, sewer and other City <br />charges for payable 2000, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, <br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that liquor license renewals for <br />the year 2000, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Wiski and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the request by Pawn <br />America to operate as a Currency Exchange business at 1715 Rice <br />Street North, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Wiski and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />I. land Use <br /> <br />I-I <br /> <br />1-2 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that authorization of the City <br />Manager and City Attorney to prepare a development agreement <br />with Sumise Senior Housing and The Schoening Group to close the <br />gap of $350,000 - $500,000, using a variety of funding sources as <br />outlined in Section 3 of the Request for Council Action and term <br />sheet, with final agreements to be approved by City Council, be <br />approved. The gap financing would be contingent upon site control <br />by Sumise and Schoening and the completion of land and building <br />appraisals to substantiate purchase prices and new value and site <br />assessment reports to evaluate environmental conditions. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the request to rename West <br />Cleveland Drive to Rosegate International Curve, be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />J.
