Reports And Recommendations <br /> <br />F-1 Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the request to authorize the mutual Roseville Skating Center <br />cancellation of the contract with Suzanne's Cuisine for concession Operation of <br />operations at the Roseville Skating Center, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Concession Stands <br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the request to authorize the City <br />Manager to enter into a contract with Peake Promotions for the operation <br />of the concession stands at the Roseville Skating center, pending the <br />approval of the written agreement and conditions by the City Attorney, be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and WalL Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-2 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the request to authorize the City Roseville Skating Center <br />Manager to enter into an agreement with the K-2 Skate Contract for skate Skate Sponsorship <br />sponsorship at the Roseville Skating Center, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Mastel, Goedeke and Wall. Nays: None. Abstain: Wiski. Wiski abstained <br />from the discussion to avoid any real or perceived conflict of interest as <br />his brother is a sales representative for the K-2 firm. <br />
