<br />I-I Wall moved, Goedeke seconded, that the DSU consultant report, phases I 24-Hour Service
<br />& II, on 24-hour services adjacent to residential districts, be approved and Study & Moratorium
<br />to forward the report to the Planning Commission for the basis of a public (PF3113)
<br />hearing. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wall moved, Goedeke seconded, that the request for review of 24-hour
<br />services be done by administrative review (DRC) with council approval,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Wall moved, Goedeke seconded, to establish the review and hearing
<br />schedule for an ordinance amending the City Zoning Code as follows:
<br />11/22/99 for the l't reading of the ordinance by the City Council, 12/8/99
<br />for the Public hearing of the ordinance by the Planning Commission,
<br />12/13/99 for the Second reading of the ordinance by the City Council, and
<br />12/13/99 (or soon thereafter) for the adoption of the ordinance, and to
<br />set a second meeting in December for December 27.Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, Wiski and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Chapters 104 and 16 of the Roseville City Code concerning the Volunteer

<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9707, adopting Fire
<br />Relief Benefits, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and
