Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />B-1 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting Minutes <br />of August 9, 1999, be approved. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> <br />D-l (formerly C-2) Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that the City Manager be Special Event <br />authorized to send letters requesting support for the Volunteer Donations <br />Recognition Banquet, Winterfest, Spring Celebration, Rosefest, Taste of <br />Roseville, Halloween Event, and Holiday Event.
