<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Mark & Terri Hanson request for a
<br />two lot minor subdivision of 304 North McCarrons Boulevard (PID
<br />#132923310036), be approved subject to the conditions listed in Section
<br />3.2 through 3.6 of the Request for Council Action dated 8/23/99. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka & Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wall seconded, that Resolution 9679, approving the
<br />proposed budget for 2000 in the amount of $34,022,363, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka & Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Wall seconded, that a Resolution, submitting the proposed
<br />property tax levy in the amount of $6,400,000, on real estate to the Ramsey
<br />County Auditor for the fiscal year 2000, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,
<br />& Wall. Nays: Mastel, Goedeke & Maschka. Motion fails.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9680, submitting the
<br />proposed property tax levy in the amount of $6,414,000 on real estate to
<br />the Ramsey County Auditor for the fiscal year 2000, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke & Maschka. Nays: Wall.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wall seconded, that Resolution 9681, directing the
<br />County Auditor to adjust the proposed tax levy for bonded debt, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka & Wall. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9682, approving the
<br />dates for the tax hearings for the 2000 proposed levy for the City of
<br />Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka &
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />administration policies be adopted, replacing and revoking any preceding
