Hearings <br /> <br />I-I <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the PUD agreement for 1940-44 <br />Lexington Avenue, be approved, and to authorize the Mayor, City Manager, <br />and staff to sign the agreement when the review and documentation is <br />complete. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke & Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance 1225, amending the City <br />of Roseville Zoning Map from liB-I, Limited Business District to B-PUD, a <br />Business Based Planned Unit Development at 1940 Lexington Avenue (PID <br />#142923230067), be adopted, subject to City Attorney review of final <br />documents. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke & Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />1-2 <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9668, approving a Livable <br />Communities Grant in the amount of $12,500, to John and Lois Olson of <br />Cryogenic Laboratories, for boulevard and landscaping improvements and <br />installation of sidewalks at 1940-44 Lexington Avenue North, be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke & Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />1-3 <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the request to amend the boundary <br />of College Properties/Eagle Crest PUD to add approximately 1.49 acres for <br />the purpose of constructing a 26 room hotel addition and a 122 seat <br />restaurant, be approved, based on the review and conditions listed in <br />Section 3 of the Request for Council Action, dated 7/12/99. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke & Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance 1226, rezoning of the <br />Benjamin's Restaurant parcel from B-2, Retail Business District to <br />Business-PUD, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke & Wall. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that an amendment to Planned Unit <br />Development Agreement #1124 for College Properties regarding the <br />Country Inn & Suites and Benjamin's Restaurant parcels, be approved, <br />based on the review and conditions outlined in Section 3 of the Request for <br />Council Action dated 7/12/99, subject to final review by the City Attorney <br />and approval by the City Manager. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke <br />& Wall.
