Consent Agenda <br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that items D-l, D-2 & D-4 through D-7 Consent <br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke & Wall. Agenda <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />D-l Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the 1999 City Council Standing Standing Rules <br />Rules of Procedure be approved. Nays: None. <br /> <br />D-2 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Don Guenter's request to carve a Boulevard Stump <br />boulevard stump adjacent to 98 Mid Oaks Lane be approved, subject to 98 Mid Oaks Lane <br />the following conditions: the property owner at 98 Mid Oaks Lane is <br />responsible for maintaining the boulevard carving, and that the City may <br />remove the boulevard carving if it is not properly maintained or becomes <br />a public nuisance. Rose of Lima <br />conduct lawful gambling activities on September 19 or October 17,1999 at One Day <br />2072 Ramline Avenue, be approved.
