<br />H-l Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the City of Roseville request to join National Night Out
<br />the 16th Annual National Night Out on August 3Td, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke & Wall. Nays: None.

<br />I. Hearings

<br />I-I Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the concept/final development plan Ordinance 1229
<br />and preliminary plat which allows the construction of ten town homes by Mendota Homes
<br />Mendota Homes, Incorporated, to be located on a one acre parcel at 3201 (PF3123)
<br />Old Highway 8 (approximately), be approved, based on the review and
<br />conditions outlined in Section 3 of the Request for Council Action dated
<br />07/26/99, and to authorize the Mayor and City Manager to sign when
<br />review is complete. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke &
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the PUD Agreement, including a
<br />clean-up provision should the project not proceed immediately, be
<br />approved, , subject to City Attorney final review and approval, and to
<br />authorize the Mayor, City Manager and appropriate staff to sign the
<br />agreement when the review is complete. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka,
<br />Wiski, Goedeke & Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance 1229, amending the City
<br />of Roseville Zoning Map from "B-1", Limited Business District to
<br />Residential- Planned Unit Development (R-PUD) with an underlying base
<br />zoning of "R-6" Townhouse District, for the Mendota Homes property
<br />located at (approximately), 3201 Old Highway 8 (PID #052923320003), be
<br />adopted, subject to final review of all documents by the City Attorney.
