<br />frontage road from County Road C to Coran�y �pad C--2. S-ince that tir�e, the
<br />State has nego�i ated vli th �t�e property oti�mer io acqui re access to the si te for
<br />the construciio� arrd has ti•�oriced �rith �he c3ty in develar,in� a set o-F construc-
<br />tTOn plans providing for the zr�provement.
<br />These construc�ion plans are now comp7eted and are presented for corrsideraiian
<br />bY ��� c� ty 4vf�erei n by resa] uti ons , several speci al ca�di �i on$ ��st b� �9��ed
<br />to. These s�ecial proyisiQr�s basicall_y estab]ish parkinq procedur�s and re-
<br />su�t in approval of the �7�vation and grades of the p�ans, as 4�e1] as th� con-
<br />struction documents.
<br />Fhe cost for �his im�rovemen� UriT] be divided betti•reen the 5tate and the Ci�y,
<br />w�th the czty having to on7y pick up the costs of necessary ut�Iities, such as
<br />sewer and water 7eads, parts of the s-�orr� s�etiver ar�d the curb and gutter on thA
<br />�vest si de of the roadway. A1 i other expenses ��ri 1 I be bnrne by t�►e state. I�
<br />is esti�ated that ihe total cit.y cost would be $24,528.42 of �4�e 3150,OOO.pQ
<br />totai project cost, ihese plans and docur�ents have been revietived bv the citv
<br />staf� and have been found_io be acceptable and I t•�ou1d recommend that the at-
<br />tached reso7u�iori be adopted. The agreernent for the d�vision of expenses is
<br />a?sa acc�ptable.
