<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members 6:30 p.m.

<br />B-1 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the October 11, Minutes
<br />1999 be approved. Roll Call: Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Wall.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that items C-l and C-2 , C-5 through C-
<br />7, & C-I0 through C-12, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />C-l Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that October 25-29, 1999 be proclaimed Proclamation of
<br />Manufacturers Week in the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Manufacturers Week
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />C-2 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9698, approving Resolution 9698
<br />application of funding to construct the I-35WjTwin Lakes MnDOl Funding for
<br />Boulevard interchange through MnDot's Municipal Agreements 1-35Wjlwin lake Bv
<br />Program, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, Interchange
<br />Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.
