Roseville Youth Hockey Assn Premises Permit D-4 (formerly C-9) Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Midway Speedskating Club's request for renewal of their Premises Permit for the next two year period ending December 31, 2001, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. Midway Speedskating Premises Permit E. Organizational Business E-1 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded that Stephen 1. Smith be appointed to Human Rights the Human Rights Commission for an unexpired term, ending March 31, Commission 2000. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Wall. Appointment Nays: None. E-2 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that November 8, 1999 be established Fire Department for the second reading of the proposed changes to Chapter 104 and 106 of City Code Revision the Roseville City Code. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. F. Reports And Recommendations F-1 Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be Joint Powers authorized to sign the Joint Powers agreements with the Cities of Mounds Agreement View and Lauderdale allowing the City of Roseville to provide Lauderdale/ telecommunications and network maintenance and technical assistance, Mounds View with the funds to be allocated to financing the staffing of the technology support.
