Absent: Wall- Roll Call <br />on vacation. <br /> <br />The City Manager requested two changes to the Agenda: To withdraw Agenda Changes <br />"Finalization of Recreation Facilities Funding" (F-l) and to add "Park <br />Plans & Specifications" (M-l). <br /> <br />Withdraw F-l <br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded to delete F -1 from the Agenda. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski & Goedeke. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Add M-l <br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded to add M -1 to the Agenda.
