<br />grant to Dave Johnson of Suburban True Value Hardware located at 1930
<br />Lexington Avenue North to enable improvements in the public right-of-
<br />way, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Landscape Partnership Agreement with MN/DOT for the installation of
<br />plant material at the southwest corner of Lexington Avenue and T.H. 36,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.
