Replace�nent of like companents whi�h have a then current catalag price in excess af �100A0 per itern wiii be provided at supplemental charges subjeci to the availahility af equipment. 2, The Su6scriher agree$ ta pay Northwestern BeIE for said equipment a rnonthly arrtount which is the sum of the Ti�r A charges and the Tier B�harges during the initial service period. The Ter S price is subject to change in accordance witn tariffs as lawfully filed fram t�me ta time hy Nnrthwesiern Bell. T�e Tier A charges, the initial Tier B ci�argss and ifie initiai setvice period are as listed on #he Schedule af �quipment attached hereto. In the eveni af termination of all or part of the service priar to the expsra#�on of the Tier A initial service period, the Subscriher wi1! 6e required to �ontinue to pay a rnonthly� charge equal tri Tier A charges #ar the rsmainder of the initial service period. At the Subscriher`s option, a lump sum payment w�l{ be computed by Northwestern Bell by calculatir�g the then present worth ot ths unpaid montt�ly charges at the annual effective interest rate used in determining the Tier A �repaymer�t option. Charges iar central office trunks are in additior� to those speci'fied in the Schedule afi Equipment.
