(ii) _For deferments extend+ng beyond ninety (90) days, a montF�ly recurring charge based upan casts incurred prior to the request for deferment applies. The monthiy ct�arge equafs the dsferred investment times the the� prime interest rate plus recurri�g casts resulting directly from deferral, such as storage, taxes, etc. I� addition, any extraordinary non-re�urring costs result+ng ffom ihe deferral, such as add+tionai engi�eering and labor, or transportation, shali be billed in tatal. Silting sha�t start the beginning of the faurth month of defierment and extend ta the start of service. Charges shall not exceed th� monthly rate which would have applied had the service 6een estabiisE�ed. fi. Any conduit and mofding which must be pleced upon the Subscriber's p�emises and ground to carry ielephone Campany cables and wiring used to serve Fhe Subscriber will be pravided, insta�led an� maintained by ihe Subscriber. 7, Equipment operation at the Subscriber's premises in connectinn with this servica shall be performed by and at the expense of the Subscriber in a manner canfo�ming with Telephone Campany ruies a�d regu�ations intended to maintain a praper standard o# service and specifying th� authorized use of each service furnished. 8. ThE Teiephone Company �rvilf irnmgdiateky co�mence such enginaering and ather prepara- tions as are required, ar�d wil! attempt to furnish ihe ser>ice"-commencing on Mar.ch 1 , �g 76 . The Subscriber agrees to receiva and purGhase the senrice commencing on said date, or if not avaifable then at such latez date as the Telephone Company acivally is ready ta provide the Senrice. in the event the Telephone Corr�pany is unabie for any reasun to furnish the service or a reasonably adequais part thereaf within a reasonable time of the abova date, the Tefephone Company shall provide suita�le alternative Telephane service s�fficient ta meet the minim�m #elephnne needs of the SubscriUer until such time as service is avai{able. S�ch aiternative �eiephone service shalk be furnisr�ed at th� rates lavv�ulEy in effect at the time such service is furr�;shed. 9. A transfier fee pf $50.D0, subject to v�rritten acceptance t�y the 7ef2Qhone Company, appliss tivhen the system is reco�nected in place for the same or diffarent Subscriber when prior to the recor- nection, the succeeding 5ubs�►iber assumes all con#ract ohligations and conditior�s appf+cable at the timE of disconnectifln, rather than installation charges normally applicable #flr installation o# dia! switching equipment and stations. This i�strument hecomes binding when executed �y the Su6scriber and accepted �y the Company and shall remain in effect for the duration of the initial service period or ur�til properky terminated in accordance with tt�e Company's lavuful regulations.
