Each Iicensed <br />garbage collector shal� provide a truck so <br />constructed that.the cantents wi11 r�ot leak <br />ar spilZ therefrom in which all garbag� col- <br />1ec�.ed by him shal� be conveyed to the place <br />designated in h.is applicatzon for disposal. <br />The COT1V�yaT1C� used sha11 b� kept clean and <br />as free from offensive odors as possible, and <br />shall no-t be a�Zawed to stand in an.y street, <br />alley, or public place longer than is reasnn� <br />ably necessaxy to co]�lection garbage. <br />II. <br />Sec�.ion 141.070 of the Ca.ty Cod.e o£ �he City of <br />Rosevzile i.s hexeby amended to read as foll.ows: <br />14�.070. Times of Co1.l.ec�ian. Each <br />�icensed garbage co�iectox shall make <br />collections at leas-t weekly from residences <br />and semi-weekly or more often, if necessary, <br />from hotels, resta.urants, boarding houses and <br />a�.l other like insiitutions. <br />II�. <br />Thi.s Ordi.nance sha�.l be in ful� �orce and effect <br />from and after its passage and publ.ication. <br />
