REVkEWED/RECOiN41END5: The Catzncil at its Octobex 20, meeting denied Ramsey Coz�ty's proposed deleti.ons in the Langton Lake Open Space project except that the deletion of Lot 1, Block Z, Lake Jahanna Homes No. 2 and the deletzon of the Easterly 40 feet of the originally praposed apen space acquisition, 302I Fairviei+r (l��r. King's pxoperty} was approved. The Co�u�ci1 ins�xucted that this matter be pl.aced on the October 27th agenda for further consi�era�ion of the delec'tion af Lot 1, Block 2, Lake Johanna Homes No. 2. The Council a].so instructed that Mx. King, owner of the property at 3021 Faixv�e��r be advised that the matter wauld again be considered by the Counci�. Mr. Simons of Ramsey Coun�y �en �pace has notified Mr. King. He indicates that he wil� be out of tawn on the 27th, but will send a representative. No fizr�her counc�l action is necessary unless it is decided to change the original motion.
