It shall 6e the stated policy of t e i age to maintain a harmonious a� high sfandatd of res- idential developrr�ent and ko prolect such areas from deleterious effects ihrough insuring that both new and relocated dweliings frorn other areas, both within the ViIlage and from outside, shall meet specified require- ments_ 7.19Q. Relocations Permitked on Condition. ReIocation Perrrtit R uired: A licafi�n. Relocations shall re- quire a specia perrriit from the Council. The applicant shalt file an ap- piicaiion giving the legal descriptian of the land upon �i•hich fhe building is to be moved, the nature of the building to be moved, togeiher with a certified property search of property ouners within 25Q feet of the new location and gav a fee according to Section I5.030. 7.2iU. Consent of Ad'oinin Pro ertv Owners. The application shall be accompanie by a K-ritten consent a❑ approval of at �east 5U% of the property owners w ithin 250 feet af the relocaf.ion. 7.220. Pub�ic Hearin� The applicatian shall be referred to the Council, who shaIl set a i�me and place for a pubtic hearing, giving at ]east 10 day5' notice af such hearing. All property o�ners within 250 feet of the relocaiion prerrtises shall be notified af the hearing by maii and at said hearing the applicar�t and anyane appearing in opposition thereto shali be heard. 7230. Report of_Tnspection Supe��nfendent: Grant or Refusal f Pe - mit. The Inspection Superinien ent shall atso give a report to the Caun- cil, and after hearing the nnatter the Councii may grant or reject the is- suance of a permit.
