REVkE`NEp/R�COMMEf�DS: <br />Last week, the counci� considered acting an three parce]�s �hich had gone tax forfeited <br />anc� could be picked up by the City. One parcel was identified as Lot 2, B1ock 3 <br />uf Capitol View Terrace, which i.s low vacant land on Albermaxl.e St, between Elmer St. <br />and Skillman Ave. The counci.J. requested �his �ot be.reviewed for possible use by <br />�he Public Works Dept. <br />The lot was vis3.ted by both myself aud the Assistant City Engineer and aftex reviet�r�Lng <br />the si�e, it was our conclusion that tttis lot would n.ot be necessary for storm watex <br />pusposes. Water already has an otxtlet from this area toward Rice St. to vacant property <br />and it is doubt�u� this e�cpensive Rice St. frontage would ever be acquired to make a pond- <br />ing area �arge er►ough to be effecti.ve.
