Section 34.020 of <br />the City Code indicates that each lot shall have access to a public stree-� or way. <br />To sati.sy this requirement, Pflid-Amer�ca is deaicatzng a 50 foot road easement along <br />the easterr� edge of their pa-operty. <br />8. Bureau of Inv�stment request for division: of Iot. Bureau of Investment is rec�uest�ng <br />a diviszon o£ 1ot at I885 5TII 36.
