This is consistent with the existing develaoed lats loca�ed narth of the subject_ Lot 4 has b�en oriented to Raselawn Avenue whi�e Lot 5 is oriented �o the proposEd Draper �lvenue as shot�rn on the sketch. The prel�minary plat has provided f�r a 3Q foot right-of-way dedication for Draper P.venue which is expected to continue easterly where it will �ntersec� with Aldine Sireet. It is anticipated that the future subdivisia� of lots located east of the s�tbject wi11 occur at some poin� in the future by extending Draper Avenue. Lot 5 of the subject proper�y wi11 thus be consistent w�th these fuiure subdivis3ans and the �verall deveiopmeni of the area_ 3. 7he comman property Z�ine of Lo�s 1 and 2 has been iocated coincident wi tt� an exi s�i ng 20 foot sewer easement 41t�i ch conti nues easterly through the southern third af Lot 5.
