<br />Regular Meeting of September 13, 1999
<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members 6:30 p.m.
<br />present (voting order): Maschka, Mastel, Wiski and Goedeke. Absent: Roll Call
<br />Wall - on vacation.

<br />B. Approval of Minutes
<br />
<br />B-1 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of the regular Minutes
<br />meeting of August 23, 1999 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Mastel, Wiski & Goedeke. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that items D-1 through D-5 & D-7
<br />through D-9, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski &
<br />Goedeke. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the B-Dale Club, 2100 Dale Street
<br />North, request for a bon fire permit, from 6:00 p.m. October 31, 1999 to
<br />12:00 p.m., Noon, November 1, 1999, be approved, subject to the condition
<br />that the fire not be allowed to smolder or cause any excessive smoke, and
<br />if at the time of the fire, the wind speed is in excess of ten miles per hour,
<br />the permit will be invalid. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski &
<br />Goedeke. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to approve the earnest money
<br />contracts and receiving the signed easements, as numbered in the Request
<br />for Council Action, and to direct staff to record said easements at Ramsey
<br />County. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski & Goedeke. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9683, directing the
<br />County Auditor to adjust the proposed tax levy for bonded debt for the
<br />year 2000, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski &
<br />Goedeke. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that a public hearing be established
<br />September 27, 1999, to consider Topa Corporation application for Off-Sale
<br />liquor license at 2216 County Road D West. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Mastel, Wiski & Goedeke. Nays: None.
