Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-2 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to authorize the award of the base bid <br />and Alternate One to Flanagan Sales for the purchase and installation of <br />playground equipment at Bruce Russell and Oasis Parks, and for the <br />demolition of existing equipment; and to reject Alternate Two for the <br />sodding of the surrounding areas. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, <br />Wiski & Goedeke. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-3 <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9684 approving the <br />installation of a traffic signal at County Road D & Highcrest Road, <br />approving Signal Agreement No. 99010 and authorizing the Mayor and <br />City Manager to sign on behalf of the City, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Maschka, Mastel, Wiski & Goedeke. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-4 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded that Resolution 9685, approving <br />Neighborhoods 18, 32, 34, 35, 36, 40 and 48 as part of the 2000 Pavement <br />Management Program and authorizing the preparation of feasibility <br />studies for 2000 Pavement Management Program City projects, be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski & Goedeke. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9686, approving <br />neighborhoods (18) West Owasso Boulevard & (15) Josephine Road <br />as part of the 2001 Pavement Management Program and <br />authorizing the preparation of feasibility studies for 2001 Pavement <br />Management Program City projects, be adopted.
