<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - December I5, 1975,
<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Coun�ilmen Hess, Brennan,
<br />Curley and Demos.
<br />A-1 Curley N�red, Ilemos Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of Ilecember 8, 1975, be appror�d. Ro11 Call, Ayes: Hess,
<br />Brenri�, Cuxley, Demos and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />B-1 Hess Maved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of Geormie Lametti
<br />for final plat "Belair Rc�selawn Addition" at about 18I5 Roselawn
<br />Avenu�e be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley,
<br />Demos and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />E-1 G��xley Moved, Demos Seconded, that the request of James Sweeney
<br />for preliminary plat "Sweeney Southview I�ight" at the 1700
<br />Block of Ala�neda be approved with t�e �ondition that a ponding
<br />and purificati.on ease�ent be pravided as required by the Public
<br />Works Director, and that a public hearing be established for
<br />February 23, 1976, on the final plat. R�11 Call, Ayes: Hess,
<br />Brennan, Curley, Demos and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />E-2 Hess Moved, Bre�nnan Seconded, that Mid American Truck Lines
<br />request for variance to seiback and division af lot at 1743
<br />County Road C be approved with �he followzng conditions:
<br />I. That proper documents be prepared. and signed by the
<br />City and Mid American Truck Lines assuring that the
<br />street will be dedicated to the City and that the
<br />property owner will maa.ntain the street. In addition,
<br />tha� City v�hicles may utilize the street.
<br />2. That a minimum of a b foot chain link fence be con-
<br />structed on the western edge of the new street right-of-way.
<br />3. Thai a barrier be constructed amim,d the propane gas tank.

<br />E-4 Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that the Attorney be instructed to
<br />prepare an ordinance amending the City Code relating to the Fire
<br />])epar-Cment. Ro11 CaZI, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Cuxley, Demos and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: Noneo
<br />E-5 Dem�s Moved, G�rley Seconded, that the Co�mcil adopt the policy
<br />of sending public hearing notices for Planning appla.cations to
<br />neighboring comntmities when an application is for a parce� of
<br />property.bordering that cammunity. Rol� Ca11, Ayes: Hess,
<br />Brennan, Curley��os and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />E-6 Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that the application of Elizabeth
<br />Scherwinka for division of 1ot at 2254 St. Craix be referred
<br />to the Planning Comnission. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan,
<br />G�rley, Demos and Linebarger. Nays: None.
