REVIEWEb/RECOMMENDS: On August il, 1975, the City Council afficially received the Feasibiizty Study for Project P-t�l-75-3 for the construction of curb and gutter, paving, storm drains, 4vater service and otner rela�ed Y�ork on the service road on the west side af Snn77ing from Cflunty Raa� G to 40� �Fe�t sauth of County Foad C--2. At that tir�e, a public hearing was ordered for Sept. 8, �975. As t�e feasi bI i ty s-�udy 3 ndi cates , the State !ti gE��ray De�artrient i s acqui ri ng propert� tor t�e future intercnange a� this si�e and as such, has agreed to participate in ihe construc�ion �f a servic� roac� to prov�de ingress and egress to the site. T�ey are agreeable to payi ng for a 24-TOa� rri d�, 9-ton roadUray, tf�e cUrb and gutter on �he T.H.51 side of the ir�praver��nt, and r�ost of �he storn� sewer cast. Tf�� c�ty vrauld be expected to fund tt�e curb and gutter construction an the r��est side af t�e remaining por�ion of tt�e storm se4•ler work and th� water services to serve the sit� �n tt�e futureo Df the approxir�ately �175,�QO.OQ ti�orth of exne�se �nvolved, the city share would be in the area of $25,000. 00.
