The property in question is a metes and bounds parcel consist�ng af <br />.71 acres with two hundred forty--nine (249) fee� of frontage on blilliam <br />Stree� and a depth of 124046 fee� an County Raad B. The property in <br />question and the area around is zoned R-Z single fami�y. <br />2. P4r. Edstrom proposes to divide the property into three (3) s�ngle family <br />la�s plus the dedication af ten (1D} feet of additional right--of-way at <br />CoUnty Road B.
