Sweeney
1795 Alta Vista Qrve, Rosevilie, Mf
West of Alta Vista Drive, South of Roma Avene
(see sketch)
Approva of Preliminary Plat
1. As shown on the skeich at the Ieft, the property in question is a parcel
six hndred ifty-six (656) feet by three hundred twenty-seven point five
(327.5) or approximately 4.9 acres. Approximately the southti, resterly
half of' the property is occupied by "Sweeney" Lake which is a Qermanent
poning area with easements.
2. The property fas been occupied bythe appiicant who-now proposes o pla
land into six sing1e family lots as sown on ihe sketch at the left. Platting
s best accomplished by development of a cul--de-sac at the south end af
Alameda Sreet. 7he properiy is a dead-end property in the sense that

the iake cuts off any further extension of the street to the eas and the
south. Immedately to tne vaest is the cemetary, and therfore a cul-de-sac
is the obvious solution to the piatting proposal.
3. The pat layout provides for eighty (80) to eighty---Five (85} feetof building
frontage on the pie shaped cul-de-sac lots measured at the building Tine.
These lot sizes are consistent with the lots in the area many of which have
eighty (80} eet flf frontaqe on Alameda Street and Roma Avenue to the norih.
Subject to any engineering problems, the proposed piat wauld appear to be
a logical subdivision of the property in questian.
