IncIuded amoung thase changes were Item 9 of BuZletin � con�erni�g beams and coiumns and Item I5 of Bulletin..l concerning roo� parapets. Bath these items had to do with added cost to the buildzng as the result of converting.to a brick exterior wall. Additional discussions have been held with the contractor and as a result, both ti�ese items are being reduced. Item 9 af Bulle�in 1 was reduced from $2,564.50 fio a cos� of $2,�80.50 �roviding a deduct of $484.00. Item 15 af Bulletirr 1 was reduced from $631.30 to a cost of $230.05 for a deduct of $401.25.. These two items combined come to a reduction of $8$5.25 from thai amount originally ap�roved as part o� Change Order No. 2. Approval by the city wouid then cause our Change Orders 2 and 3 to add to the same tatals �rhich El7erbe has prepared. 7he $885.25 reduction means tF�e appraved Chang� Orders ta date for Change Orders 2, 2 and 3 combined total $13,629.45e RECO��lP�IENDED CQUNCIL ACTIQN: App�oval of a motion agreeing to Change Order.No. 3 of the city hal7 in the amount of $885.25. Items inciuded are nu�bers 9 and 1Q of 8ulletir� 1 which were previou5ly incQrporated in Change Order 2 at higher amounts.
