The applicant iives in a home that occup�es <br />the northerly portion of the proper�y and has done so for many years. <br />At this time, he proposes to divide the land into two lots retaining <br />�15.25 feet of frontage on Tract A to ihe north and 84.75 feet af frantage <br />on Tract 8 to the south. You will note from a copy of the survey of the <br />proposed division attached to this report, 'that ihe reasan for the <br />unequal di�ision of the land is to retain a ten foo� setback on the saut <br />side of the existing home. <br />2.
