(Prudential Building). <br />The Ci�y Attorney advises that the Council must conduct a public hearing regarding <br />the requested txansfer. This hearing would be advertised in the Iegal newspaper. <br />There is no requirement that the property owners in the area be notified by separate <br />letter, howeve�, the Council may desire to instxuc� the staff to mail notices of the <br />hearing to �hose property owners in the area. <br />The earliest date tha� the Council could establish the hearing would be the June 2nd <br />meeting. <br />Council Action Requested: Mation establishing a pubiic hearing on June 2, <br />regarding the Veterans of Foreign Wars request for <br />transfer of their on-sale club license fram 1085 <br />CentenniaZ Drive to 1944 North Lexington Avenue. <br />
