Mr. Welsch noted the extensive number and <br />substantive quality of seminars offered this year. Mr. <br />Welsch further noted that the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission and Housing and Redevelopment Authority <br />would be staffing a booth to determine the merits and <br />interest by the public in pursuing a Home and Garden <br />Award Program. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing recognized the quality of the event and <br />encouraged everyone to attend. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Hear Annual Report from the Roseville Visitors Association <br />(RV A) <br />Mayor Klausing welcomed Executive Director Dino Lobaido to <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />RV A Executive Director Lobaido thanked Mayor Klausing and <br />Councilmembers for the opportunity; introduced two of his staff <br />members also in attendance; and briefly reviewed the <br />Association's activities over the last year. <br /> <br />Mr. Lobaido reviewed the purpose of the R V A; recipients of <br />efforts of the RV A; how the RV A works; marketing efforts; <br />several advertisements (i.e., leisure and meeting); active selling <br />efforts; how success was tracked through sales and revenue; <br /> <br />Home & Garden <br />Fair (Dennis <br />Welsch, Cathy <br />Bennett) <br /> <br />Hear Annual <br />Report from the <br />Roseville Visitors <br />Association (RV A) <br />
