<br />Regular City Council Meeting - 03/29/04 <br />Minutes - Page 8 <br /> <br />3.k <br /> <br />3.1 <br /> <br />Approve Burn Permit to Allow a Burn of the Wild <br />Grasses Surrounding the Storm Water Retention Pond <br />at Concordia Meadows Townhomes, east of Dale Street <br />between County Road B-2 and Highway 36 <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, authorization to the <br />Fire Marshal to issue a bum permit to Concordia Meadows <br />Townhome Association to bum the wild grasses <br />surrounding the stormwater retention pond within their <br />development, located between County Road B-2 and <br />Highway 36, east of Dale Street; said permit to be issued <br />conditioned upon compliance with stipulations that: a) the <br />effective date of the permit shall be from April 1 - April <br />30, 2004; b) the bum shall be conducted by acknowledged <br />experts from Applied Ecology; and c) Concordia <br />Meadows Townhome Association shall notify the <br />Roseville Fire Department at least two days in advance of <br />the date and time of the bum. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan, Kough, Maschka, Schroeder and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Approve Burn Permit to Allow a Controlled Burn of <br />Wild Growth on the South Side of Lake McCarrons <br />Ramsey County Park <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, authorization to the <br />Fire Marshal to issue a bum permit to Ramsey County <br />Department of Public Works to bum four acres of wild <br />vegetation on the south end of McCarrons Park; said <br />permit to be issued conditioned upon compliance with <br />stipulations that: a) the effective date of the permit shall be <br />from April 1 - May 10, 2004; and b) Ramsey County <br />Public Works Department shall notify the Roseville Fire <br />Dispatch (651-484-1267) 24 hours prior to the bum. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan, Kough, Maschka, Schroeder and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Approve Burn <br />Permit to Allow a <br />Burn of the Wild <br />Grasses <br />Surrounding the <br />Storm Water <br />Retention Pond at <br />Concordia <br />Meadows <br />Townhomes, east of <br />Dale Street between <br />County Road B-2 <br />and Highway 36 <br /> <br />Approve Burn <br />Permit to Allow a <br />Controlled Burn of <br />Wild Growth on <br />the South Side of <br />Lake McCarron's <br />Ramsey County <br />Park <br />
