I wrote over a year ago requesting such a <br />group and continue to support the formation of one. Tonight, I hope that the city council will <br />indeed form this task force. <br /> <br />In my original email to last year's city council, I stated that a task force would be able to <br />research a subject and report to the city council with concrete information on a given concern. In <br />the past. I have worked with several environmental groups that are subgroups of district <br />councils in St. Paul and have found them to be very worthwhile. <br /> <br />Cindy Schwie <br />
