REVIEWED/RECOMMEWDS: <br />�� <br />There has been previous discussian on whether the City should include or incorpo�ate <br />a corner stone in�to the new City Hall, but no ciecision has been reached. <br />The s�aff has pursued this matt�r wiCh the axchirect and find that the corner stone <br />or a container could be best incorporated ox installed in the same location as the <br />City Ha1? plaque. This would require little or no modificatian to existing <br />construction plans. The size of the containex would. be approximately ].6'"x16"x4". <br />If the Council desires to have one instailed, the staff wo�ld dare�t the Archi�ect <br />anci Contrac�or ta accommodate for the corners�one. Aiso, the Council may wish to <br />indica�e the icinds a� materials to be sealed into the container. <br />There is na o££icial action requirecl. at this time, but dixection should be given to <br />the staff to provide for such instailataon and the gathering af information to be <br />placed in the container. <br />0 <br />
