REVIEWED/RECOMMEN�S: <br />13.�� B'3 and special use perm�t at 720 County Road B <br />The Planning Commission at its May 7, mee�Ci.ng recommended approval of Mort Iiuber's <br />request for rezoning of the easterly 5� feet of the R-3A zoned property to B-3 and <br />special use permit at 720 County Road B with the following conditions: <br />1. That the owner provide an access opening through the fence on his south <br />property iine on public property and that a safe, hard waikway be provided <br />£rom the opening to the commercial center. <br />2. That the owner provicFe stairways from the lower to upper level inside the <br />proposed building. <br />'Fhe Council at its June 2, meeting continued Mr. Huber's request because neither he <br />nor hi.s representative were present at the meeting. Contact has been made with <br />Mr. Huber on the phone and through �he mails advising him or his representative to be <br />present at the June 9th meeting. <br />Attached is the Planner's report. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion {approving) (denying} Mort Huber's request for <br />rezoning of the easteriy 53 feet of the R-3A zoned property <br />to B-3 and special use permit at 720 County Road B. <br />(The Council may desire to include the conditions as <br />recommended by the Planning Commission). <br />
