REVIEWED/RECOMMEN�S: <br />The Planning Com�ission at its .7une 4th meeting recommended approval of Zimmerman <br />Realty's request for vacation of right--of-way, the east one half of Pascal Avenue, <br />north of Commerce Street and South of TH 36, with the condition that the City retain <br />a satisfactoxy easement for the storm sewer located in the area. <br />It was the Planning Commission's �eeling that the number of feet re�ained for the <br />easement should he determined by the Public Works Director. <br />Attached is the Planner's report. <br />The Council public hearing on this application has been advertised for the June 9th <br />meet ing . <br />Council Action Requested: Motion (approving) (denying) Zim►nerman Realty's <br />request for vacation of right-of-way, the east <br />one-half of Pascal Avenue, noxth of Commerce Street <br />and south of TH 36. (The Council may desire to attach <br />the condition as reco�nended by the Planning Co�ission). <br />
