The lot <br />width is 79.7 feei. This division represenis a consistent poiicy <br />af dividir�g la�s �oih north and south of Surke Avenue utilizing <br />Burke Avenue �For residential frontage. <br />2. 7he sketch at the left shows the location of the lot relative to <br />others in the area. The circles represent existing homes on the <br />property. ' <br />3. Attached to this report is a copy of the proposed division indicating <br />tt�e dimensions of the lats ta be created. You wi11 no�ice the <br />_ location of the existing house on the noriherly lot being some 35_8 <br />• feet north of the proposed lot division line. <br />� <br />4. The newly created lot wi17 ha�e additional assessments of $1,547.29 <br />according to the engineering department to cover water, sanitary <br />sewer, and s�orm sewer assessments.
