EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS, LIQUID FUEL STORAGE TANKS AND LIQUIFIED <br />PETROLEUM OR NATURAL GAS STORAGE TANKS. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br />hereby ordain: <br />I. <br />Chapter 35 of ihe City Code pf the City of Roseva.11e <br />is hereby amended by adding Section 35.105 as follows: <br />35.105. Additzonal Permits Requa.red. <br />Tn addition to pErmits required by 5ection <br />35.i00 of this Code, no person shall, wi.thou� <br />fi�cst obtaining a permit �rom the Fire Pre�vent'ion <br />Bureau, conduct, process or insta].1 any of the <br />following equipment: (1) any au�omatic �ire <br />sprin.kling system, (2) any auto�natic fire ex- <br />. ta.nguishing system, {3) any abaveground or under- <br />�•> ground liquid �uel starage tank, (4) any above-- <br />, ground or undergxoun.d liquified petroleum tank, <br />.or (5) any aboveground or underground liquified <br />natural gas storage tank.
