Que to 'the impending add�tion o� the �ennys department S�ore, the <br />Rayton - Hudson peopie prapose at this time to re-p�at the lots <br />so as to provide a parcel for this building and its allacated <br />parking, <br />3. The current propo�a� 75 ta devise three lots which are shown on <br />the attached drawir�g as doited lines. Outlot D was proposed as a patent�a� building site at the wester7y <br />q�adrant of the entrance a� County Road B-2 and Snelling Avenue. <br />We suggesied to �he app7icant that a proposed building site at <br />this location would be of grave concern ta the City. 7his is <br />based on �ihe very nega�ive reactian on the part of the City to <br />a similar proposai for a separate building site for a T8A at the <br />opposite corner t� �he so�theast from Outlot � as proposed. The <br />�ayton - Hudson Cor�pany have informed us that ihey �vish Outlot D <br />to be deleted from the plat curr2nily in question. We suggest <br />thi s del e�i on i n as r�uch as ihe crea-�i on o-F a 1 ega7ly consti tuted <br />10� is a-First significant s�ep toward �he establishmen� of a buildir�g <br />right at a particular location on the proper�y. <br />
