I am in the process of trying to sell my <br />house in App1e Valley, Minn. at this time and would expect to star� construction <br />of the new house on this �ot when my presenC house is sold. My builde� has <br />projected a compl.etion date of 9� daqs from the date that the foundation is <br />excavated. <br />I would like to build a 12' x 12' storage shed along the Northeast 270' iot <br />line and $0' from the most n.ortheasterly point on this line_ The shed would <br />he set back 6' from the J.ot line. At this point in the iot there are several <br />trees and an abundan�e of underbrush to shield the shed from �he vie� of the <br />other property ownexs in the vicinity of the proposed shed. The shed would.l�e <br />constructed of wood, painted, and shingled to blen.d in with the surrot+.ndXngs. <br />Tl�e approx3mate valae would be $GOO.Od. <br />Because of the comgletion time of 90 days on the new house, I will most l�kely have <br />to find Lemporary housing between the sale of my present house and the completian <br />af my new home. Erection of the stoxage shed would a�low me to store gax'den tools, <br />lawnmow�r, whcclbarrow, and other belongings.
